Cascadian Farm Organic Review and Giveaway

Whole grain consumption is of vital importance for a healthy diet. Few store bought foods contain adequate amounts of fiber. Cascadian Farm has created a new cereal, chocked full of ancient grains, including quinoa, spelt and KAMUT khorasan® wheat . One serving contains 35 grams of whole grains and five grams of fiber.

I am pretty picky about granola. I don't like it to be too sweet, nor bland.I found the new Ancient Grains Granola to be just the right sweetness. My favorite way to eat this cereal is in a bowl of milk, while my children preferred putting some on top of plain yogurt, drizzled with raw honey.

Cascadian Farm is graciously giving away two boxes of their ancient grains cereal to one blog reader of Lily of the Valley.
