This is my third pregnancy that I have been following the Brewer diet. The Brewer diet is a great way to prevent many pregnancy complications, such as preclampsia, via nutrition. My midwife gave me a laminated chart to help me to keep track of what foods I need to eat each day, in following the Brewer diet. Though there are some days when I don't eat all of the recommended foods, it is helpful to have a goal and to see what nutrients I need to focus on.
