Everything sounds wonderful!! I have a question for you...I made the Thai Chicken Noodles last week. We all loved it and Adam wants me to keep it in our regular rotation! The grocery store did not have red pepper flakes though, so I used the ground red pepper that I had in my pantry. It turned out to be kind of spicy. The children really liked it. They were shoveling it down, but every once in a while they would say "Aaaahhh" and grab their water cup. :) It was pretty funny! When you make it with the flakes, is it spicy? I'm just wondering for next time...

Annie,
I will definitely let you know if it is a tasty meal. I sure hope it is, because regardless, I will be eating it, tonight, and next Monday. ;) Blessings!

Laura,
The red pepper flakes make it a bit zesty, but I am thinking it is a bit more tame than the red pepper. Maybe cut back on the red pepper or soy sauce. Another idea is to add a bit more honey. I hope this helps it to be a bit more mild for your crew! :)
